Q:Can I cancel my order?

If your non-custom product order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it by reaching out to our customer service team.

Q:Can I order by calling the service number?
A:

Sorry currently we are not able to take your order by telephone. But we are working hard on bringing you the feature. But you can still use your Smartphone to place an order.

Q:Can I pay with my Credit Card?
A:

Yes, we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards which include but are not exclusive to Visa and MasterCard.

You can pay for your purchase with all major Credit and Debit Card, or place an order with pre-payment and contact our support for available pre-payment option which includes Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram.

Q:How to know my size?
A:

Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.

Q:How to measure myself?
A:

We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.

· Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

· Waist: Measure around natural waistline.

· Hips: Measure around the fullest part.

· Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.

Q:My body measurements don't fit a specific size!
A:

You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.

Q:Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?
A:

There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Q:What is Custom Sizing?
A:

Custom sizing is a fantastic option for customers who want a dress that fits like a glove. It's perfect for those who fall between standard sizes or want a closer fit overall. Additionally, if you would like a specific length for your dress, please leave a message for us in the Special Instructions column on the checkout page, or email us within 24 hours once you have placed the order. We will consult our tailors to see if the change can be made. If yes, we will prepare the dress per your request to ensure a perfect fit.

SHIPPING
Q:Which shipping options are available?
A:

We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options. Please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. We have great wholesale rates and your trips to our tailor workshops.

Q:How long is the delivery time?
A:

When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 7-8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin, and destination.

Q:Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A:

Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q:What if I have trouble logging into my account?

Please double check if the email address and password you put is correct. If you still can't sign in to your account, please contact our Customer Service team with your account information and details of your issue. They will liaise with our technical team to help resolve it.

Q:How do I change my account details?
